5. Payment and Transactions (Razorpay)
- Third-Party Processing: Payments for services on Egurukul.in are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway.
- Razorpay Terms: Users agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms and conditions.
- Non-Refundable: All payments made through Razorpay for Services rendered on Egurukul.in, are Generally Non-Refundable, except in cases where explicitly stated within a service descriptions sales page. Each refund request will be handeled on a case-by-case basis, and Egurukul.in holds the final decsion for all refund decisions.
- Pricing: Egurukul.in reserves the right to change its pricing at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Egurukul.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or any services provided.
- We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on our site.
- We Are not liable for any interactions that occur between the Tutors and the Students.
- We are not liable for any issues, related to the razorpay payment gateway.
- We cannot guarantee constant uptime of our site, and we are not liable for issues arising from site downtime.
